In our shop we use traditional techniques and materials to the greatest extent possible. That means:

• using solid, quartersawn white oak with no veneers.
• hand cutting material instead of computerized sizing.
• steam bending to achieve curved arms and rockers.
• finishes that are hand applied, not robotically applied.

At Thomsen Ltd., we offer complete customization instead of "you get what we make." Need it a little longer or a little taller? Want cherry or Australian lace wood instead of oak?
